Once again this year our guild will be participating in the Warren County Fair.
The fair dates are August 1 through August 7.
Both the Evening Star Quilters and Hunterdon County Quilters will be displaying quilts.
All members are welcome to display quilts. There will be no official judging.
There will be a Viewer's Choice awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. All level quilts are WELCOME.
Quilt entry forms will be available at our meetings and on our web site. All entries must be accompanied with a quilt entry form.
All members are asked to work our booth. There will be a sign-up sheet available at our April, May and June meetings. All shifts must be filled by the end of our June meeting. We do not hold meetings the months of July and August which is why we need to have our working schedule filled by June. We need to fill a week’s worth of one hour shifts. It is very important that everyone chip in.
There will be a sign-up sheet for set-up and take-down at our meetings. Set up will be on Saturday July 31st starting at 9:00am, we will be hanging the quilt show as well as setting up our own booth.
Take-Down will start at 8:00pm Saturday night August 7th. Please try your best to attend; all quilts must be picked up Saturday night. You may take your quilt after they are all taken down and accounted for.

Our guild will be selling our raffle quilt tickets at our booth, as well as answering questions regarding quilting and providing guild information.
